Who we are

Relephant is operated by Prodscape Inc., a California corporation ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Prodscape Inc. Questions: hello@relephant.ai.

Your account

You sign in with a link or code we email you. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep that account secure. You must be at least 18. If you use Relephant for a company, you accept these terms for that company.

Connecting services

Only connect accounts you own or are allowed to connect. You authorize us to use the credentials you give us to read data from those services on a schedule. We use read-only access wherever the service offers it. You can remove a connection at any time.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it to run Relephant for you, including sending parts of it to our AI provider to write insights, build dashboards and answer questions. We don't sell your data. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

Credits and payment

New accounts get $5 of free credit, once per person and while the day's allowance lasts. You can buy more credit through Stripe in packs of $10, $25, $50 or $100. AI work is charged at what our AI provider charges us for the tokens, plus 25%, and each charge appears in your ledger. Credit doesn't expire, has no cash value and can't be transferred. To ask for a refund of unused purchased credit, email us. Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes that may apply.

Sharing

You decide who can see what you share. Questions and edits by people you share with are charged to your credit, within the limits you set.

Acceptable use

Don't break the law with Relephant, connect accounts you aren't allowed to, try to reach other users' data, probe or overload our systems, or resell Relephant without our written permission.

AI output

Insights, dashboards and answers are produced by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them, especially for money, security or legal decisions.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features. We work to keep Relephant available but don't promise it will always be.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using Relephant at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Disclaimers

Relephant is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here and update the date above. If a change matters, we'll also email you before it takes effect.
